Course Overview
Contentious probate and trust cases are on the rise. Family structures are ever more complicated, with an increased number of second marriages and cohabiting couples, but also demographic changes – most notably the growing ageing demographic – and a rise in cases of dementia. This course, developed by expert practitioners, gives you the tools you need to deal more effectively with this type of work.
Course Content
The course combines technical knowledge with practical application of the law and procedures involved, giving you a solid foundation of knowledge in dealing with contentious estates on which to build further expertise. The course comprises the following modules:
