Course Content
In this session, we will introduce the hallmarks of a living legacy minded leader, including strategies that will help you to strengthen in each.
Living legacy minded leaders prioritise purpose, think beyond the horizon, make new leaders, and consider whole community impact. In doing so, they create vibrant organisations, places that people - employees and customers - enjoy.
The session will be interactive and conversational throughout, with plenty of reflections to take away.
