Course Overview

The role of a modern director or business leader extends to being a good spokesperson.

Representing your organisation this way is multifaceted and has significant implications for staff motivation, stakeholder relations and, ultimately, the company's reputation.

As a visible face of the organisation, directors can play a crucial role in presenting the company's tone and culture, shaping public perception, increasing stakeholder confidence and improving employee engagement.

Registration is from 08:15 when refreshments and a light breakfast will be available.

Course Content

In times of crisis, a leader's ability to communicate effectively is paramount. Spokespeople need to convey confidence, control and compassion, reassuring stakeholders that the company is managing the situation effectively.

This session will cover the importance of aligning your personal brand with your organisation, the opportunity for directors to build and protect corporate reputation and the role spokespeople play in internal and external communications.

Course Benefits

In attending this session you will benefit from the knowledge of a well-respected speaker and will have the opportunity to ask questions in a Q&A session after the presentation.
