The session will introduce the principles of B2B social media marketing and give business owners, marketing assistants, self-employed professionals and business development executives the knowledge and tools to get started or improve their existing channels.

  • Nichole Culverwell

    Nichole Culverwell Chart. PR, MCIPR is the Director of Black Vanilla and has over 25 years’ experience in the PR industry, working in Australia, the UK, and more recently, in the Channel Islands.

    She has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) since 2004, is a Chartered practitioner and is the Vice Chair of the Channel Islands CIPR group. Nichole runs a number of different training courses for clients and with the GTA, including social media and writing for the web.

    Having worked in-house, for large agencies as well as freelancing, Nichole specialises in reputation management strategies, media relations, crisis communications and copywriting.

    She is often called upon to write copy for advertisements, advertorials, websites and brochures. She works with clients to develop online content and blogs and Nichole also writes business and lifestyle features for magazines.

    Her sector experience spans FMCG, finance and third sector.
