My placement with an investment company listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange has developed and broadened my exposure to the industry beyond my expectations.

Tracking real-time decision-making during a busy period for the company has added huge depth to my practice, and an appreciation for board dynamics that you just can’t learn from the other side of the table.

NED Development Programme

As Chairman of the board I am happy to report that the board fully embraced the idea of having an individual attend our board meetings as part of the NED Development programme.

We have had two individuals participate over the past two years. They have found the experience to be helpful and the board has not felt hindered in any way by their presence and have been very pleased to be able to make a contribution to the development of these individuals.
