- Duties and powers of trustees
- Rights of beneficiaries
- Trust accounts – an overview
- Trust Service Providers code of practice
- Case study – Retirement Annuity Trusts.
The course will allow you to return to the workplace with a better understanding of the context of your role and responsibilities, underpinned by theoretical knowledge.
