Course Benefits
The objective of this course is to provide you with a deeper understanding of the oversight environment in Guernsey and you will investigate both the regulatory and the practical process of an outsourced relationship.
The course is suitable for those working within the fund industry in Guernsey involved in an activity that has been outsourced. Typically this would be either fund administration and/or accounting functions.
Using actual examples and case studies, you will focus on the key components of implementing effective relationship management. The morning will be highly interactive with a number of group exercises.
Following the course, you should be able to take practical outsourced management skills back to the workplace.
