Simon Le Tocq

Simon sets our overall strategic direction, working closely with our chairman and board of directors. Before joining us, Simon worked in higher education, lecturing for a number of universities.

Michelle has overall responsibility for our portfolio of courses and leads a team of programme managers responsible for creating new learning and development opportunities.

Kate Lenfestey

Kate liaises with our partner universities in the UK to deliver undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses in Guernsey. She is also our company secretary, managing our HR, corporate governance and data protection.

Adam Heads our Service Delivery Team, applying his extensive skills and experience in logistics, administration and business operations.

Camilla oversees our Finance and Law courses, ensuring they align with emerging trends.

Julie Eaton

Julie manages our portfolio of Director Development, Leadership & Management and Personal Development courses. She also looks after our NED Development programme.

Steve administers our portfolio of Digital Skills and Project Management courses, bringing a wealth of experience to his role having previously worked in the hospitality, retail, property and finance industries.

Jo joined our Service Delivery Team after transferring from her GTA facilities role and looks after day to day admin, course/event preparations and customer service.

Nathan looks after our tutors and delegates on site, as well as our electronic equipment and maintenance as within his role as service delivery facilitator.

Lucy looks after day to day admin for our courses and events. She also supports with exam preparation and has great customer relationship skills.

Tina works with partner boards and participants to ensure the ongoing success of our efforts to nurture new local non-executive directors (NEDs).

Ollie’s role is split with The Guernsey Institute. He joined following 10+ years working across both B2B and B2C, including FMGs, finance, government, retail, tourism, and the music industry.
