Course Overview

To do well, you need to be well. We instinctively know this, but putting wellbeing first is difficult. This session introduces a practical framework for prioritising your wellbeing and getting things done. You will learn about the three Ms of wellbeing-driven productivity: mindset, multi-scale planning, and the minimum viable productivity toolkit. With a focus on your personal life first, you'll develop a wellbeing-focused action plan and have the tools need to set and smash goals for the coming year. Everything you learn can be applied to your professional role too – when you thrive personally, your professional performance improves. This training is ideal for those looking to balance achievement with wellbeing and offers a fresh – arguably essential – perspective on getting things done.

Course Content

In this session, you will:

  • Define wellbeing-driven productivity.
  • Explore the role of mindset in wellbeing-driven productivity.
  • Define multi-scale planning and adapt the approach to meet your personal and/or professional needs.
  • Explore options for your minimal viable productivity toolkit.
  • Reflect on your current approach to getting things done and make a wellbeing-driven action plan.

    Martine Ellis is a leading expert in wellbeing-driven productivity. She is committed to helping experienced professionals in high-energy careers achieve their goals and thrive without sacrificing their wellbeing.
    Following a successful senior leadership career in finance, Martine retrained as a teacher. Although fulfilling, this career change initially led to burnout. By adopting a wellbeing-first mindset and developing effective productivity strategies, she thrived for the rest of her 15-year education career, the latter half of which was spent leading professional development and teacher education.
    Today, Martine uses her extensive experience to support a diverse professional audience, offering practical strategies that ensure success without compromising mental health and wellbeing.
    A Chartered Teacher with Advanced Teacher Status, Martine is recognised for her thought leadership and writes and speaks for national and international audiences.
