This one-day course is designed to introduce you to the main concepts of the Objectives & Key Results (OKR) framework, and to provide the knowledge and skills required to implement OKRs within your own organisation.

The course will cover the history, background, and key principles of OKRs. You will then learn how to create and roll out the framework in a sustainable manner.
It is applicable to any industry sector and covers all levels of seniority, from members of leadership teams wishing to understand the overhead and impact on the organisation of introducing OKRs, to potential practitioners looking to understand the practical steps around how to implement the framework.
