Topics will include:
- Look at situations where you need to master your leadership presence more effectively
- Discuss and define what are; “Presence”, “Charisma” and “Influence”
- Identify key behaviours and habits of your leadership presence
- Learn the do’s and don’ts of leadership communication
- Learn about Social Energy, where you are currently on the scale and how/when to adjust it to match the situation you are in
- Discuss how you can build trust and rapport with others
- Identify the various behavioural styles and discuss how these might impact on others as well as yourself
- Learn a simple presence and influence tool to adopt and practice
- Apply another simple tool to tasks and relationships
- Explore case studies where communication has gone wrong as well as where it has gone well and why
- Participate in activities that will enable you to practice your new-found skills
- Create your personal action to support you going forward
