Course Overview

This course is ideal for professionals and leaders at all levels who aspire to enhance their leadership presence and improve their ability to build stronger professional relationships.

Course Content

Topics will include:

  • Look at situations where you need to master your leadership presence more effectively
  • Discuss and define what are; “Presence”, “Charisma” and “Influence”
  • Identify key behaviours and habits of your leadership presence
  • Learn the do’s and don’ts of leadership communication
  • Learn about Social Energy, where you are currently on the scale and how/when to adjust it to match the situation you are in
  • Discuss how you can build trust and rapport with others
  • Identify the various behavioural styles and discuss how these might impact on others as well as yourself
  • Learn a simple presence and influence tool to adopt and practice
  • Apply another simple tool to tasks and relationships
  • Explore case studies where communication has gone wrong as well as where it has gone well and why
  • Participate in activities that will enable you to practice your new-found skills
  • Create your personal action to support you going forward

    Korinne has more than 27 years’ experience in Training, Leadership Development, Coaching and Counselling. She has also worked for major multi-national Companies, delivered Management and Communication programmes abroad and online across a variety of Market Sectors.

    Korinne started her career in Finance, then as an Operational Manager in Customer Service, managing teams in challenging environments and she became an Entrepreneur in 2000. Therefore, Korinne has first-hand experience of the issues that can arise from all angles, as well as appreciating the importance of providing inspirational leadership and seamless customer service.
