Course Benefits
Employers spend significant time, effort and money implementing their appraisal schemes. As a result, those responsible for running the appraisals need to ensure that the appraisals are a positive, two-way process. This workshop will enable the appraisers to develop a deeper understanding of the ethos of appraisals and to understand their responsibilities to both the appraisee and the business.
