This one-hour session will introduce the key generational communication styles in today’s workplace and a taster of practical, time-efficient strategies to improve clarity, connection, and collaboration across age groups.

Registration and a light lunch from 12:00pm.

Course Content

Gain a focused introduction to the key differences in communication styles across generational groups: Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z.

The session begins with a high-level overview of these cohorts, exploring the formative experiences that have shaped their workplace expectations and preferred communication channels.

Examine how generational context influences tone, formality, and responsiveness, shedding light on why miscommunications often occur in cross-generational teams, providing practical insights and tools that you can immediately apply.

    Korinne has more than 27 years’ experience in Training, Leadership Development, Coaching and Counselling. She has also worked for major multi-national Companies, delivered Management and Communication programmes abroad and online across a variety of Market Sectors.

    Korinne started her career in Finance, then as an Operational Manager in Customer Service, managing teams in challenging environments and she became an Entrepreneur in 2000. Therefore, Korinne has first-hand experience of the issues that can arise from all angles, as well as appreciating the importance of providing inspirational leadership and seamless customer service.
