Course Overview

The course should be of interest to all industry practitioners as clients are coming to Guernsey with wealth stories and backgrounds in cryptocurrencies.

The stated aims of the Trump administration are to provide an enabling environment for cryptocurrencies. This seems to be the latest stage in their habilitation and legitimisation as an asset class.

In this short session Mark will walk through his academic research - and provide insights from his work experience - to discuss the merits and demerits of the asset class, latest developments in the sector, and the wider implications for financial crime.
