Course Overview

The potential of AI to transform our world is tremendous, but the risks are significant, complex and fast-evolving. As the use of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning increases, AI technologies are rapidly outpacing the governance and controls businesses have in place to guide their use. Those who embed the principles of trust in AI from the start will be in a much better position to reap the rewards further down the line. During this session, Ove will discuss what businesses need to consider when integrating AI capabilities into their service offerings; from governance and frameworks, ethical considerations, mitigating the risks, through to how to future proof your workforce to ensure your teams are empowered and have the confidence and skillset to be at the centre of any transformation.
