This seminar will also explore key legislative considerations, including the EU AI Act and the importance of robust IT policies and staff training, incorporating a brief live demonstration that will showcase AI tools that assist with Guernsey-specific employment legislation, secondary pension scheme, and housing licence legislation.


Finally, you will look ahead to the future of HR, discussing how autonomous agents and AI-driven systems will reshape the workplace, with the session providing practical insights andactionable takeaways, ensuring HR professionals can start to understand the implications of the AI revolution.
