What is Insights Discovery?
At the very start of the self-awareness journey is Insights Discovery. A psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery is built to help people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace.
The Insights Discovery methodology uses a simple and memorable four-colour model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team. These are called the colour energies, and it's the unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies, which determines how and why people behave the way they do.
Who's it for?
Insights Discovery is suitable for all, giving you the necessary self-awareness to be successful at whatever you do; whether that’s developing yourself, working as part of an effective team, or leading others with authenticity.
How to start the journey
The start of the Insights Discovery journey is the completion of a Discovery Evaluator which will create your unique and in-depth personal profile. This is then followed by a one-to-one session or a group workshop with an Accredited Licensed Practitioner who, using the profile(s) as a springboard, will work with you to tackle any challenges that are standing between you and peak performance, such as effective communication, management style, sales performance or finding an environment that inspires you to do your best work.

Through our accredited Licensed Practitioner, we can offer six 3-hour workshops, each meticulously crafted to cover essential principles of leadership and management. Every session combines leadership theory, Insights-specific communication techniques, practical applications, and coaching to solidify your learning.
