Keith Bell is an experienced company secretary and corporate lawyer who works for Babbe, one of Guernsey’s leading law firms. Although already well qualified, Keith is always looking to build on his experience to improve his expertise to enhance the advice that he gives to his clients. The Challenge Before coming to the GTA to study on an MSc in Corporate Governance, Keith researched courses from the OU and the University of Law but would have had to travel or self-study on- line, neither which he found appealing. The Solution The part time MSc in Corporate Governance, taught face to face, on island by the Bournemouth University at the GTA.
“Studying for the masters degree with the GTA has supported and added to my experience as a lawyer and has allowed me to improve the advice that I give in my day to day work. As a result of the experience, I have gained knowledge, an MSc in Corporate Governance and have also been made a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators all of which I hope will help my clients and help me in my future career.” - Keith Bell
