The GTA University Centre is pleased to announce that it is now in partnership with Prometric, the leading provider of technology-enabled testing many of the world’s most recognised licensing and certification organisations, academic institutions, and government agencies.
The GTA has undergone stringent steps in order to offer this service locally, meaning Guernsey can once again accommodate CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment) examinations on Island, instead of students having to go to the UK to complete their professional qualifications. The GTA are also now able to offer the SELT (English language test) examinations locally for those who are applying for a UK visa or citizenship status.
These new computer-based exams develop the existing examinations service offered by the GTA and have been successfully hosted since September, with the sessions being scheduled every 2-3 weeks at St Peter Port House.
