Course Overview

There’s a common misconception that productivity and wellbeing are in conflict, and that you must choose one or the other. But in reality, wellbeing powers productivity and performance. To do well, you have to be well.

This session introduces a practical, realistic approach to sustainable productivity. Through three key concepts—mindset, multi-scale planning, and a minimum viable productivity system—participants will explore simple shifts that can help them get things done without burning out.

Designed for those who want to balance achievement with wellbeing, this training offers a fresh, actionable perspective on productivity that supports personal and professional success.

Course Content

In this session, you will:

  • Explore the link between productivity, performance, and wellbeing.
  • Identify unhelpful productivity habits and narratives and learn to reframe them.
  • Develop flexible routines and planning habits that support sustainable productivity.
  • Discover what a minimum viable productivity system looks like and how to build your own.
  • Create a simple, personalised actions plan that helps you to do well and be well.
