Course Benefits
Preparing minutes, no matter what for, can be stressful, whether it’s your first time or you have had some experience. Making sure you capture the information required will provide you with confidence when it comes to preparing the minutes, and then using your skills to type the minutes from the records you make. You will also learn to appreciate and capture specific technical requirements and learn best practice in minute taking.
This course aims to look at how you can prepare in advance for meetings, develop confidence during meetings and use information gathered to prepare a set of minutes. You will look at all abilities, from those that have not prepared minutes before, to those that have but wish to ensure that they are maintaining best practice. An overview will also be given to local regulatory requirements for those who come from a licensed financial services business.
