Stay ahead of the evolving regulatory landscape with a session covering the latest developments in finance, AML and compliance. Over the past 12 months there have been changes which have reshaped financial regulations, enforcement priorities and compliance obligations.

During this session delegates will cover:

  • Key regulatory updates and policy shifts affecting financial institutions;
  • Recent AML enforcement actions and their implications;
  • Court rulings that provide critical guidance on financial crime and regulatory compliance; and
  • Practical insights on mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to the evolving standards

  • Charlotte Ward

    Charlotte Ward is a Senior Associate in the Guernsey Dispute Resolution and Employment practices at Mourant. Charlotte is a Guernsey Advocate and also admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales (non-practising) and in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court of the BVI. Her practice encompasses a broad range of complex commercial, trust, regulatory and employment dispute work.

  • Elliot Coutu

    Elliot Coutu is an Associate in our Guernsey dispute resolution team. He advises on a range of commercial litigation matters including contentious trust disputes, insolvency matters, and regulatory proceedings.
