Business Analysts are the key architects in defining and managing change within an organisation, they identify change needs, assess the impact of change, capture and document requirements and facilitate delivery of the change.
This one-day course will introduce you to the basic concepts and tools used by business analysts, teaching you the concepts and skills for planning business analysis activities, eliciting, analysing, modeling, and writing requirements. Developing your understanding of the role of the BA in the design, development, and testing phases of a project.
The course will be a mixture of tutorials and in class exercises.
