Course Overview

In this free session Chris Atkinson, executive team development consultant and coach, gives an insight into what it takes to take a team from being good to great, drawn from his experience of coaching winning teams. Chris’ “Good to Great” leadership development programme has taken him to more than 10 countries around the world.

Chris will be joined by Olly Duquemin, CEO of Resolution IT, whose company recently embarked on the “Good to Great” programme.

Course Content

This free session gives an insight into how to take your team to the next level and introduces Chris’ “Good to Great” programme, as well as other courses run by Chris at the GTA:

  • Developing and Communicating your Value Proposition
  • How to create a culture of accountability

  • Chris Atkinson

    Chris Atkinson is passionate about executive team development and coaching business leaders to achieve their full potential. He is a former vice president of Microsoft, where he re-invigorated their Asia Pacific Headquarters. Chris’s biggest contribution to the success of his teams, which spanned more than a decade, was his decision to become a coach to his leaders. Chris helped each team build trust, crystalise growth opportunities, achieve goal clarity and implement the disciplines of great execution required to achieve their success.

    In 2013 Chris moved back to Guernsey and is now an executive team development consultant and business coach. One of Chris’s long-standing clients, the IT software company FSP, is the UK’s #1 Great Place to Work in the Medium Organisation category and over the last 5 years has been the recipient of many of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ Awards run by the Great Place To Work® Institute.
