Course Overview

Conflict is something which can occur in any relationship within the workplace and is always best dealt with quickly. Conflict left unresolved is highly likely to escalate, and potentially lead to disciplinary and grievance situations or even employment tribunals.

These scenarios are always expensive and time-consuming, and Mediation - done well - can help restore working relationships, improve productivity, morale and employee engagement.

  • What happens in Mediation
  • Situations where Mediation can help
  • The value of Mediation for a business and the participants
