Course Overview
This occasional series aims to assist those in senior and director level positions keep up-to date with relevant issues and topics pertinent to Guernsey directors in each one-hour session. This session will consider topics that should be considered by all directors of companies licensed under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020 (the POI Law), to ensure their duties are met in the current regulatory environment.
