Course Overview

Recent upheavals in the digital assets market have accelerated calls for better regulation and responsible investment approaches to risk. Traditional finance firms and crypto natives need to get ahead of the curve to gain a competitive advantage and ask smart questions as digital assets regulations take shape: do they have the right strategy, and risk management frameworks, and what controls and governance are in place to withstand new regulations?

Managing an environment where the market and regulation are evolving quickly can be challenging for traditional financial firms, crypto natives and policymakers in different ways. To help with the ongoing conversations, EY have produced a report Managing the digital asset environment – key considerations for traditional finance firms, crypto natives and policymakers, which offers key considerations and actions for stakeholder groups, with a view of fostering responsible innovation in the digital asset market.

During this session, Ove will be sharing the key findings from this report, looking at the key players in this market and highlighting the ways both traditional and crypto companies can prepare for the ever-changing digital assets landscape.
