The team at the Financial Intelligence Unit intend to provide a topical update on matters of the most relevance on the date of the talk in November 2023.

We will update the website with details of the exact topic nearer the date of the course, however, you can assume that this will be a must-attend session for all those in the compliance industry with responsibility for or an interest in complying with International standards and recommendations in Anti-Money Laundering, Countering Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation Financing.

Course Content

This will be an hour long CPD session examining relevant updates and topical matters pertinent to the Bailiwicks financial crime strategy.

  • Natalie Poat

    Natalie has a background in law and accountancy and worked within the finance industry for a number of years prior to joining the Financial Intelligence Unit as a Financial Intelligence Officer in 2021.

  • Andrew Ferbrache

    Andy joined Guernsey Customs in 2008 and transferred into the FIU in 2012 where he is currently employed as a Financial Intelligence Officer. Prior to this Andy spent over 22 years in the Bookmaking/Gambling industry.
