During the session delegates will:
- Understanding the purpose of the Business Risk Assessment
- Provide an overview of regulatory requirements
- Understand the expectations of the GFSC
- Understand your biggest risks and impact on the BRA
- Learn some practical steps for preparing/reviewing a BRA
- Interaction with your policies and procedures
The AML/CFT Handbook requires that a Business Risk Assessment is conducted, documented and kept up to date and the responsibility for this lies with the board of a regulated entity. This essentials workshop will give you the know-how to ensure your BRA is compliant and you are aware of your regulatory obligations in this area.
