An introduction to the human behavioural and psychological influences on how our organisations operate, and how these are probably more influential than anything else in the field of governance.

This session will cover the following topics:

  • An introduction to human governance
  • The importance of understanding human behaviour and psychology
  • How this can be modelled
  • How this can be measured
